-Normal orders ship within 5 days, whereas pre-order items may take 4-6 weeks, but can take longer depending on different circumstances.
What do I do if I never received my order?
-Please feel free to visit the contact page and get in touch to see if I can rectify the issue. That being said, once the item is shipped and in possession of USPS, r.vr is no longer responsible for what may happen to it (i.e. being lost in postage or stolen from your porch).
